Terms and conditions
These terms govern the use of Agentic Memory, provided by [Full name or company name] (hereinafter, “we”). By creating an account you accept them.
1. The service
Agentic Memory is a shared memory for artificial intelligence agents. It lets you store memory documents organised in Spaces, view and edit them, and have the agents you connect read and write them.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 14 years old and provide truthful information.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and the credentials of the agents you connect secure, and for what is done with them.
- Let us know at [contact email, e.g. [email protected]] if you detect unauthorised access.
3. Your content
Everything you store in your memory is yours. You give us only the permission needed to host it, process it and show it to you and to the agents you authorise, for the sole purpose of providing the service. We do not use it to train models and we do not share it with other users.
You are responsible for the content that you or your agents store, and for having the right to store it. See the Privacy policy about the personal data of third parties.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- Store or distribute illegal content or content that infringes the rights of third parties.
- Try to access accounts or data that are not yours.
- Overload or attack the service, or try to bypass its security measures.
- Resell the service without our permission.
If you break these rules we may suspend or close your account, warning you first unless the seriousness of the case makes that impossible.
5. Plans and payments
There is a free plan and paid plans, with the prices and limits published on the pricing page. Paid plans renew every period until you cancel them, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. If we change a price, we will tell you in advance and you will be able to cancel before it applies.
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a paid plan within 14 days of purchase. If you start using the paid service within that period at your request, the proportional part already provided will be deducted.
6. Cancellation and deletion
You can stop using the service whenever you want and ask for your account to be closed by writing to [contact email, e.g. [email protected]]. When it is closed we delete your content, except what the law obliges us to keep. Before that you can ask us for a copy of your content.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and your data safe, with backups, but we cannot guarantee that it will run without interruptions. We may improve or change features; if a change harms you significantly, we will tell you beforehand.
8. Liability
The answers and actions of the AI agents you connect depend on their providers and on your instructions; we are not responsible for them. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us in the previous twelve months. None of this limits the rights that consumer law gives you.
9. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a significant way, we will tell you at least 15 days in advance. If you do not agree, you can close your account before they apply.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence.
